Trip Overview:

Nepal offers the Wildlife Safari Tour mostly in Chitwan National Park which is situated in south central Nepal covering 932 sq. km. It was established in 1973 and was listed as World Heritage Site in 1984 by UNESCO. Wildlife Safari Tour is a package of 5 nights and 6 days which encompasses the activities like birds watching, elephant bathing, elephant riding, jungle safari, and also the rare sight of endangered species like Royal Bengal Tiger and one horned rhino. Beside these jungle activities the package also offers the sightseeing of cultural heritages of Kathmandu like Bouddhanath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Syambhunath Temple and Pashupatinath Temple.

Day to Day Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Wildlife Safari Tour starts witnin your arrival at the airport in Kathmandu where you will be greeted by one of our representatives who will later transfer you to the hotel. After hotel check in you can decide whether you would like to have a relaxing rest at the hotel or hang around the streets of Kathmandu (If you have leisure time). You will be briefed about our next day’s travel plan by our company representative. O/N you stay at the hotel. 

Day 2: Kathmandu sightseeing
Our today’s activities of Wildlife Safari Tour include the sightseeing of the cultural heritage sites of Kathmandu like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa and Syambhunath Temple (known as Monkey temple by tourist). The arts around the Durbar square will not let you down, and the serenity and composure around the temple and stupa will capture your heart. Later at the evening you will be transferred back to the hotel.

Day 3: Drive Kathmandu to Chitwan
After breakfast we will drive to Chitwan for about 5-6 hrs. Then check into hotel and will rest for some time. After that we will walk into Tharu village and observe Tharu cultural dance. We will stay overnight in Hotel.

Day 4: Full day Jungle activities
We carry out jungle activities on the fourth day of Wildlife Safari Tour. Our today’s jungle activities includes programs like birds watching, viewing the endangered species like one horned rhino and Bengal tiger, elephant breeding, elephant ride, jungle safari and many more. Later we will get back to the hotel.

Day 5: Jeep Safari at Chitwan
Today we will carry out the jeep safari program and explore the subtropical forest of the Chitwan National Park obeserving the various species of flora and fauna. Later we get back to the Hotel.

Day 6: Return to Kathmandu
After breakfast we will start our journey back to Kathmandu via drive for about 5-6 hrs. Then you will check in at hotel and the rest of the day is your personal leisure time for shopping or any other activities. At the evening you will join the farewell dinner with our team at authentic Nepali restaurant with cultural dance. Later you will be escorted back to the Hotel.

Day 7: Departure
Your Wildlife Safari tour terminates today. You will be escorted to airport by one of our representative and there we exchange our last good-byes. You will be traveling towards your further destination with all the memories you had during your tour. We hope you had a lovely time with us. Cost Details:

The tour cost depends upon the category of hotels used and as per the group-size. Normally we use government approved 3 star and above hotels. Please contact us for the trip pricing. 

During the trip; weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factor, that are beyond our control can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered. We will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but an easy going nature will be an asset!
