Fitness
The higher the altitude you get the lower the amount of the oxygen that increases the difficulty of your trek. So you have to acclimatize your body to high altitude. The trek route of Nepal includes altitude sickness so it is highly recommended to acclimatize your body in order to avoid some fatal obstacles. We highly advise specially the person with known heart, blood or respiratory diseases to consult their medical professional before travelling. Mild headaches, fever, loss of appetite or stomach disorder are symptoms of altitude sickness. Our leaders are well trained to administer the altitude sickness.
